You are struggling. You are feeling disconnected from your passions, purpose and loved ones. The unknown is overwhelming you. Confusion about the future leaves you feeling stuck and unable to move. The negativity in your life leaves you feeling out of control. You could use a listening ear and time set aside to work on your goals.
why did i become a counselor?
I became a counselor to help you discover a joy-filled future, where you truly know yourself! Through self-discovery, I will help you become more in tune with your wants and encourage you to build confidence in who you are. It is my goal to help you feel safe and empowered to talk about what you have been through and to find your strengths.
how do i help you?
I offer judgement free counseling, believing that everyone has a hope, a future and a purpose. Our well-being has many parts: spiritual, mental, physical (our health), and social. Using expressive and creative approaches combined with practical methods like personality and strengths-based testing we will develop a plan to bring balance and hope.
With enthusiasm, much like a cheerleader, I encourage my clients through hardship to focus on rewriting their life story. Seeking to find yourself and your purpose is one of the bravest things you can do. I would feel honored to get to walk alongside you as you find freedom from burdens and begin crafting the life you were made for!
