Group Support Therapy in Tomball, TX

Helping men and women find support during life’s toughest times.

Life’s challenges can feel dark, heavy, or even impossible to deal with. Most people who start group support therapy feel trapped in a life they don’t love. Perhaps you can relate. Maybe your days start to blur together or you’re noticing that you complain a lot about feeling stressed, tired, and unfulfilled.

Stuck in negativity and feeling worried all the time, you may feel like life is being spent on worrying all the time.

Do you feel miserable, stressed, or overwhelmed?

If these sound true for you, I want you to know that even though you may feel alone, know that many people in your circumstances need support considering the many challenges you are facing. It’s not selfish to prioritize caring for yourself. You don’t have to always prioritize work or your family’s needs over your own needs.

Group support therapy can help you gain the courage to be your true self.

It’s possible to feel better. Imagine a life where you could…

  • Control how you respond to anxious throughts.

  • Have improved attitude, mood, and productivity.

  • Shift into a more positive and hopeful outlook on life.

  • Stop letting anxiety affect the way you live or make any decisions for you.

  • Change your life for the better.

Navigate life’s challenges with ease.

Group support therapy helps you rise above your challenges and start moving towards your ideal life with less worry and more action.

You will get a toolbox of practical actions you need to manage stress and tools to cope with it and move through difficult life experiences.

How Group Support Therapy Works

Group Support Therapy consists of 60-90 minutes, group sessions that help you work through your concerns. In addition to listening, I will ask questions and share thoughts when it’s helpful and play an active role. Here’s how it will work step-by-step:

  1. First, your therapist will provide a safe, accepting space so that you will feel comfortable sharing your struggles with the group.

  2. Through education, time to process your thoughts, and practical tools, you will increase your confidence by working in a group setting.

  3. You will begin to feel supported, heard, and stay accountable to your new skills and tools you are learning in group.

Research shows that group support therapy can positively change your thinking, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors. It can help you let go of what’s holding you back.
